Mustard honey is a honey from the nectar of mustard flowers. This honey is a type of honey which has its source from regions where mustard vegetations and harsh climatic conditions prevail.

This is all about a story from beekeepers who were always concerned with the quality of honey available in the market. All the bees and the beekeepers kept on producing and delivering raw quality honey but the commercial honey available in the market was not the one with all the enzymes and properties intact. Raw honey is characterised by all the vitamins, nutrients and enzymes intact and that’s what honey bees produce but the ones available in the market were all pasteurised, heated and processed which killed most of the enzymes during the process. Raw honey is all about honey straight from the hive after filtering it thru cotton cloth just keeing enzymes intact which have antioxidants, antiviral and antifungal properties.
Keeping above in mind, we decided to deliver RAW Honey directly to the consumers making them aware of the difference between the two i.e raw and regular honey. Consumers spent much on honey but with no benefits on health.
Other surprising fact was that there were no honey flavours available in the market though bees and beekeepers continued producing and delivering flora/plantation specific flavours to big organisations. E,g for a sunflower or a mustard or a Kashmir Multiflora plantation, flavours specfic to these floras were produced by bees but the commercial market only had one uniform honey , thus defeating nature’s / bees/ beekeepers efforts here. Just to make one uniform and competitive product, big organisations never tried to add these variants to their product list. We again decided to beat this thru introducing multi flavor raw honey to our product list.
