Materials and Reinforcement

• Silicone, textile reinforcement Platinum cured
• Silicone, fully extruded, textile reinforcement and stainless steel wire
• Available in white color (NT) FDA platinum cured version and in natural color (NTP) USP platinum cured version
• Smooth inner PTFE reinforced with stainless steel braid and stainless steel wire, with white silicone cover
• Smooth inert fluoropolymer Textile reinforcements and steel wire
• EPDM, especially for high temperatures, textile reinforced and galvanized wire
• Food quality EPDM, good resistance to high temperatures and cleaning solvents
• Butyl Metal braid reinforcements
• Nitrile, especially for fat products, textile reinforced and galvanized wire
• Food quality EPDM for processing
• Fluored thermoplastic translucent
• Smooth bore, Teflon® coated and stainless steel braided:

1. Convoluted Teflon®, stainless steel braided

• All our industrial pipe fittings are in stainless steel 316L and tagged with unitary code

2. Straight fittings are monobloc with no weld and bended items are made by orbital welding (ISO agreement)
3. Electro-polishing treatment on request, Maximum RA 0.8?m (lower on request)
